Kim Crosby
I have been in the real estate business for many years. I started out at Century 21 Stalvey-Matthews Realty as a real estate secretary. I worked all my high school and college years as a secretary. After graduating from UNF with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, I left the real estate world to work as an RN at Baptist Medical Center. After working as a nurse for a few years, I realized I missed the real estate world. I went back to school to become a licensed Realtor. I started working part-time at Stalvey-Matthews Realty while I continued to work as an RN. I am happy to say that I loved my real estate career so much that I left my position as an RN and started working full time. My first year as a realtor I closed over a million in sales and since have become a multi-million dollar producer. I love working with the public. My years as a nurse really helped me in the real estate market. I, also, love spending time with my husband and my 3 boys. I think it is important to balance career and family. I have found a happy medium in my real estate career. |

Renae Lewin I was born in Jacksonville, Florida and grew up and lived most of my life in Nassau County. After leaving North Florida for a short while I have come back “home”. I live in Callahan with my husband and four amazing children. I have been working for the past 4 years as a licensed Mortgage Broker working closely with Real Estate Agents. After seeing how satisfying it was to assist people in the purchasing and selling of their homes I decided to attain my Real Estate license. I feel my combined knowledge and experience can help you get the very most from your real estate opportunities. I am working full-time as a Realtor; therefore, you’ll get personal, one-on one attention as I guide you through the complexities of buying and/or selling residential, commercial, and investment properties. My priorities are YOUR priorities!
